Fabrício Morango Camões @fabriciocamoes @UFC Mixed Martial Artist & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt by Açaí Roots



Fabricio “Morango” Camoes (Fabrício dos Santos Camões) is Brazilian mixed martial arts practitioner based out of San Diego, CA. Born in Rio de Janeiro, in December 23, 1978, Camoes holds notable wins over Efrain Escudero (Ultimate Fighter 8 winner), UFC veterans Sam Morgan & Steve Lope, Jean Silva (former Cage Rage lightweight champion), and Luciano Azevedo, the only fighter ever to defeat José Aldo (UFC featherweight champion). Fabricio has fought in respectable events including UFC, Tachi among others. At the age of 17 Fabricio lasted 27 minutes in a bare-knuckle bout with current Undisputed UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, who was around the age of 19-20 at the time.

UFC & MMA Career

With a record of 13-6-1, being Seven wins by submission and three by TKO, Fabricio has fought 4 times in the UFC, with two wins and two losses. Fabricio also holds significant wins in Jiu-jitsu such as 2005 European Champion, 2 x Brazilian Champion, 6 x Rio de Janeiro State Champion. Fabricio is a black belt under master Royler Gracie.

Fabricio & Acai Roots

Fabricio has been a big fan of our products for a couple of years. He uses our products to provide him the energy he needs for intense training. He enjoys Acai Roots before and after training in San Diego, where he also teaches Jiu-Jitsu.
